By default Alax.Info DHCP Server is running in unregistered mode ans upon software registration the licensee receives a confirmation email with a license/activation key, which is to be used to activate an installed copy of software.
The key is provided both as a text string, which can be copy-pasted into respective field, and as a registry key file (.REG) which can be double-clicked and merged into system register by Windows Registry Editor automatically, being only prompted to be confirmed by user.
Make sure you are logged in as a local administrator, that is a user with administrative permissions on local machine.
To enter activation code using registry information:
Open provided email attachment and find a .REG files inside the archive. There are two .REG files for 32-bit and 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows operating systems, please use the file that corresponds to the operating system you are having. If you are unsure, it is safe to apply both files.
Double-click the file and confirm its merge with the system registry by clicking OK. Start or restart Alax.Info DHCP Server to make activation have effect.
To enter activation code interactively:
Start Alax.Info DHCP Server using Start Menu shortcut:
Open About menu item from system tray menu:
Click the activation hyperlink to activate software:
Copy activation code and paste it into the prompted field, then click OK:
