Felzenszwalb<\/a> website, a image\/video segmentation method he proposed in his paper &#8220;Efficient Graph-Based Image Segmentation&#8221;. Finally I could find some time to jot down an implementation of DirectShow filter to see the method live. It all look like this:<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" title=\"Image003.png\" href=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image003.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image59\" alt=\"Image003.png\" src=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image003.thumbnail.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The method is simple and I believe that it would not take a lot of time to make necessary code coptimization to have it running fast. However, I am a bit disappointed as I expected a better accuracy. The DirectShow filter is connecting as shown below:<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" title=\"Image001.png\" href=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image001.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image60\" alt=\"Image001.png\" src=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image001.thumbnail.png\" \/> <\/a><a class=\"imagelink\" title=\"Image002.png\" href=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image002.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image61\" alt=\"Image002.png\" src=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/Image002.thumbnail.png\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the filter is available for download: <a id=\"p62\" href=\"https:\/\/alax.info\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/VideoAnalysis-1.0.0.332.zip\">VideoAnalysis.dll, version 1.0.0.332<\/a>, note DirectX 9 is required. To install, copy DLL into your system and register as COM sever (ie. rundll32 VideoanAlysis.dll,DllRegisterServer from command line).
