Magellan eXplorist tracks

Since it’s been a problem once again, track format incompatbility, I am adding this new feature: conversion wizard from OziExplorer Track Point File into Magellan eXplorist track log file (using $PMGNTRK NMEA command). Having a new gadget, Magellan eXplorist 600 Europe, I had to check available APIs for the device. Luckily there are a few resources maintained by enthusiasts that reveal some of the details.
